What types of moves does Just-In-Time Moving handle?
We handle all types of residential moves (apartments, houses, condos, townhomes), long-distance and interstate relocations, commercial moves (offices, warehouses, retail), as well as specialty item transport including pianos, safes, hot tubs, and gym equipment.
How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May through September). However, we do accommodate last-minute moves when possible, just give us a call.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes! We offer free in-home or virtual estimates. Tell us about your move and we'll provide an honest, transparent quote with no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Are your movers licensed and insured?
Absolutely. Just-In-Time Moving is fully licensed and insured. All of our crew members are background-checked and trained to handle your belongings with care.

How is pricing determined?
We offer both hourly and flat-rate pricing depending on the move. Factors include distance, volume of items, number of crew needed, and any specialty items. We always provide a clear quote upfront.
What should I do to prepare for move day?
Pack and label boxes by room, disassemble large furniture if possible, secure valuables separately, clear pathways, and reserve parking/elevator access at both locations. We also offer full packing services if you'd prefer us to handle it.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. We can provide all the packing materials you need boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and more at competitive additional rates.. We also offer complete professional packing services where we can pack your entire home or just the fragile items.
Can you move specialty items like pianos or safes?
Yes. Our specialty team is trained and equipped to safely move pianos, gun safes, hot tubs, pool tables, and other heavy or delicate items. Just let us know during your estimate so we can plan accordingly.

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling including weekends and some evening availability. Contact us and we'll find a time that works for your schedule.
What areas do you serve?
Just-In-Time Moving is based in St. George and Herriman Utah. We also handle long-distance moves across state lines.
What happens if something is damaged during my move?
We take every precaution to protect your belongings, but in the rare event something is damaged, we're fully insured and will work with you to resolve the situation promptly and fairly.
